Changing your e-mail address

What is this page for?

You can use this page to change the e-mail address where notifications and important information will be sent. It is used for password recovery as well as delivery of gifts and promotion notifications.

E-mail confirmation

After the registration, your e-mail address will be marked as is «invalid or incorrect». You need to validate your e-mail by pressing the «Confirm» button.

An e-mail containing the confirmation link will be sent to your e-mail address. Please follow the link in this e-mail to confirm your account. Note that it will remain valid for the next 24 hours.

If you don't receive the e-mail after 10 minutes, please check if the e-mail address is correct and make sure the e-mail did not get removed by your spam filter, then try resending the confirmation email.

I entered an incorrect e-mail address. What should I do?

You can change the e-mail address associated with your account. To change your e-mail address, enter the new address in the «New e-mail» field and press the «Save» button.

An e-mail containing the confirmation link will be sent to the new e-mail address. Your e-mail address will be changed after 7 days after successfully confirming it. You may freely cancel the e-mail address change until then.

If your e-mail address is marked as invalid, you won't be able to retrieve your account password using e-mail or receive any gifts or information about promotions. You'll need to confirm your e-mail address in order to validate it.
