Two-step authorization: password + one-time password genegated by a smartphone app. You may also create up to 10 backup passwords to recover access in case of emergency.
Associate your account with a mobile phone
This will allow you to recover your password at any time. Once you associate your account with a mobile phone, nobody will be able to change your account settings without having access to it. This will also allow you to use additional account protection features.
